Area Rug cleaning

Our service is mainly known for oriental rug cleaning, where we come and pick up your rugs from home, thoroughly wash them using state of the art robotic machinery, the biggest carpet cleaning facility in Quebec. We operate using 3 complete procedures where first we use the rug beater. In ancient times, we used to put the rugs in a big caged cylinder that turns all day, allowing the rug to naturally tumble on its own by gravity and using its own weight beating the dust out itself. Today, we have a new technology where we feed the rug in a machine that pulls the rug with its turning belt and beats it with belts with a huge vacuum on top allowing all foreign particles to escape the fabric. 

Next we proceed by washing the rug in a second state of the art machine, the washer. The rug is placed in a pool of water allowing it to stay put on the turning belt to get pulled in the brushes, jet wash and squeegee off all the excess soap before getting rinsed. All rolled up on the other side, the rug is then put in a centrifuge. Which is like a submarine shaped machine to dry off and take off the excess water in the rug. 

We finally put the rugs in a drying room where the rugs are subject to ventilators, dehumidifiers and 52 degrees of heat to get dry before finishing them at the end giving them a last vacuum and light brush to align the fabric before shipping them back to the clients home.
